incorporated organization approved by the Secretary of State as
"nonprofit". This means that, in addition to certain advantages
realized by the corporation in return for the nature of its public
services, any profit (surplus) earned from its services must remain
within the corporation for program improvement, enhancement or
expansion, and cannot be distributed to owners, shareholders, etc |
